Thank you for bringing this up. We’re working on adding a separate warning in the game, aside from the one that exists in the EULA (https://cyberpunk.net/en/user-agreement/). Regarding a more permanent solution, Dev team is currently exploring that and will be implementing it as soon as possible.

What about my back problem after sitting for 4 hours? Is there a warning for that?![]()

I've seen epilepsy seizure warnings in various computer games for the last twenty years, at least. Anyone who is an epileptic knows he's an epileptic long before he sits down with his first computer game, imo. It makes no sense at all to believe that CDPR deliberately put in a seizure-causing presentation--that's a ridiculous idea. For what purpose--to open themselves up to massive lawsuits and ill will? I don't think so. If epileptics see these warnings and ignore them, it's on them 100%. Even so, games with seizure warnings aren't guaranteed to "cause seizures" in anyone. Epileptics not on corrective meds have to be careful around many potential environments that might set off a seizure, some computer games being among the many possible triggers.
Warning: I’ve been sent hundreds of videos disguised as support that are deliberate flashing to induce photosensitive triggers. If you’re sharing this saying you’re epileptic and receive a video, don’t press play. I’m back to being on my ass.

The devs literally put in an epilepsy causing part in the gameplay that is used in the real world to trigger seizures. A label in this case is not enough. That little part needs to be adjusted.

For our next trick, we will develop a hair dryer that does not actually electrocute you if you ignore the "do not submerge in water while plugged in" warning and do it anyway.
Cutter wrote on Dec 8, 2020, 20:51:Did that thing that outraged you so (which appears to be literally everything) intentionally simulate how to trigger a seizure so well that it actually did trigger a seizure?
Yeah, but what about my <insert problem or cause to be outraged over>?!?!
