I don't understand the need to do all these modern remakes anyway. XIII had cel shaded graphics, they should've aged quite well! Why not make the missing sequel? Out the box - yes, XIII Classic is okay on GOG version, which has been fixed-up a bit. Not ideal, IMHO - as it's tougher to full-screen and get the FPS smooth.
To get it perfect for me, I had to do this:
1. Use a XIII+ Fan-Patch first...
2. And then implement & configure DGVoodoo (a DX wrapper for DX9.0 and older, as this is an older game) just to get the FPS smooth on W10 basically (locked at 60fps).
