The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes Teased

A new House of Ashes Trailer included with the just-released The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope reveals the next installment in the horror series, saying it's coming next year. Siliconera summarizes what this shows of The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes:
The next game is called House of Ashes, and the trailer depicts both an arid, desert climate and an underground cave containing water, darkness, strange noises and a creepy statue. It also depicts a character that people are saying looks a lot like actor Ashley Tisdale, although no official announcement has been made about her potential involvement.

The voice over in the trailer alludes to both mythology and religion throughout, specifically opening with the phrase, “Do you believe in god?” We aren’t given much of an idea about what sort of forces are at work, though. We only know that people are being attacked by things described as both unknown and unbelievable.

Tried to stream a co-op playthrough of Little Hope with a friend this weekend. We had hoped that after the buggy mess that was the PC version of Man of Medan (where we had to run a community tool to reencode the video files so the game would actually start, a year after launch), that Supermassive would have learned how to ship stuff complete but alas no. Game crashed mid-chapter and now we can't relaunch our session without it either getting stuck at a loading screen or freezing after a few seconds. Steam forums full of people with the same issue, Supermassive is "working on it." And if I recall (though I might be wrong), this release was delayed too.
