That's a contract between two companies, one that provides Google placement in iOS as the default search engine for a specified period of time at a specified price, not a nefarious plot. If you could not change from the default, THAT would be a nefarious plot. Considering all the other things that need to be taken care of in this country right now, a grandstanding parlor show of a lawsuit as a way to distract from the complete disaster going on with the COVID-19 pandemic is hardly the best use of time, money, and the courts.
You don't get it's about market power, right now anti-trust is investigating because technology has shifted the power to the benefit of tech companies. That's why we've been having our PC games stolen for 20 years. You don't seem to grasp there is such a thing as unfair and deceptive practices.
The fact that EA, activision, valve and the rest have been stealing PC games for 25 years now because of lawless oligarchs that run america and have been lobbying your rights and freedoms away not that most Americans care.
