Yeah... I have a friend that is hellbent on getting a 3090 before Cyberpunk is released.

I'm gonna laugh my ass off if Cyberpunk gets delayed into next spring.

A friend of mine at Microcenter told me they don't expect to have many 30xx cards to sell, their distributor already told them it will be a very limited release until at least next year.
So if you really want a 30xx card, Ebay is your friend and open the wallet.

Video card scalpers selling cards for 2x the MSRP or more, fuck humanity, example number 90278232893789.

I'll probably build a new monster desktop machine in a couple years, once AMD's new stuff is all out and prices drop.

Yeah I don't think you will be buying a 3070/3080/3090 NVIDIA gpu anywhere on the 17th .... I am still waiting on what PSU you actually need for it, hearing some scary stories (750W PSU is apparently needed)

USB-C and the new standard (USB-IF) will always remain a mess unless certification becomes mandatory...

What idiot would pay more for somebody’s place in line for a product that has not been released yet nor has had unbiased reviews published.

So the RX 6000 series has twin eight-pin connectors, does anyone want to sell me their pre-order spot? Wink
