Oh, man. I love me some tohu poke. Here's the ingredients:
- Extra firm or deep-fried tohu
- Minced ginger
- Green onions
- Hawaiian sea salt
- Sesame oil
Press the water out of the tohu. Dice it. Combine the remaining ingredients together and pour over the tohu. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour or so to chill, letting the flavors soak in. Then eat it!
