Looks like the card to get. Most bang for the buck and all that jazz.

I'm waiting for Big Red to kick ass and chew bubblegum.

On a side-note, my living situation has changed, and I'm on mobile internet right now, so I'm having to watch every drop of bandwidth with a magnifying glass.

Check this out.

How easily we forget the bait and switch NVidia pulled when they required a login to access Shadowplay. Shady fuckers can eat a dick.

Looking at the gap between each variation makes not surprise that there would eventually be a Ti especially with their history towards refreshing the stack in 10 to 12 months. I just would have expected a little more time to roll around until there was an official dump of this information even if it was an oopsie. More Vram, more cores and higher speed memory no doubt.

Makes me kind of want to jump on to a 3090 now and forget about the next two years since that's essentially the limit on GA 102 because, knowing me, I'll buy a 3080 and then go through the hassle or selling it to get a 3080 Ti when it releases and/or the sky really will start to fall and 10GB of memory won't be enough once we start seeing next gen console ports although I remain skeptical.

That's interesting, and kind of random...
Reg 3070 due in October, TI versions aren't usually even announced, never mind launched, for what...6+ months after the base version? OEM would be pretty random too and probably piss a lot of the fanboys passionate enthusiasts off that really want the extra video memory.
