EA Play is a good deal for sure, it just has enough competition for my entertainment budget that it doesn't quite make the cut yet. They way the deal keeps getting better (IMO) I might have to make some changes. Too bad there isn't a version of EA Play that includes SWTOR.

Old, yes. Never played definitely. There's a lot of people who have likely not played many of the EA games, maybe because they were younger and outside the minimum age limit (good parenting), or they didn't have the money and now they do.

shit dude, if you've honestly been a holdout for the Battlefield series, Battlefront 2, Dragons age, Mass Effect, Dead Space, Sims 4, because it's "locked" behind the Origin "wall" *COUGH OH SHIT SORRY I JUST RESERVED $700 CAD TO PREORDER A PS5 COUGH*....

....then yeah, it's a good deal. I even went back to Battlefield 3 recently cause of a Jackfrags video, game's still going strong. 10 years of BF titles, best FPS of their genre.

Pay 30€ a year for 10% rebate on sales.. or simply wait to get it for 50% or more off.. decisions decisions

I mean if someone wanted to bang through games like the 3 Mass Effects, the Dragon Age games or Dead Space, Titanfall 2, paying $5 for a couple months or even $30 for a whole year, really isn't too bad of a deal.

However, the best and newest games are only 10 hours, you have to pay the EA play Pro version (which is $15 for a single month) to get unlimited play. I paid $15 a while back for a month and got to beat the excellent games Jedi Fallen Order and Plague Tale when they were new, which is a pretty outstanding deal, rather than paying $60 or whatever each, but ea play pro as far as I can tell is through origin only, not steam.
