Thompson tried to have games banned. She just tried to have more games be more thoughtful.

I have no clue why people are so outraged by her. I think it's like why so many hate certain NYC politicians. It's hard to have first hand experience with them, so they just see news coverage. The NY Post covers some as ridiculous lunatics and misrepresents everything, so they're considered ridiculous lunatics.

Sarkeesian appears to be the same. Not saying anyone here in particular, but so many are so angry but can't put together a factual argument if why they feel she's bad. She didn't attack games, and didn't call all games, or even individual games, bad. She just pointed out patterns that she hoped would become less common.

And likely part of the reason for being disbarred was he started suing the Bar, and he seemed to have an obsession with pornography especially of the same sex type. Like some of his court filings including pornography, he accused some judge of distributing some porn, etc.
