it's not kinda gambling, it's straight up legalized gambling. i've put several thousand into stocks since the markets dipped and straight up lost money when a company did well. makes no fucking sense why prices go up or down most of the time. for my next rage inducing loss, apple announced a 4:1 stock split effective aug 25th. I'll be buying that and watching my investment tank even though it should logically go up in value after the split cuz more people should able to afford it and buy in

Related to a discussion here last week about AMD stock and investing; I wish I could tell when the bottom of this latest dip for Intel would be; possibly consider throwing some money at their stock. It's inevitable the stock should rebound sometime. Been a lot of up and downs the last couple years. Curious to see the fallout of this suing will be.

I'd just keep looking at biomedical and pharmaceuticals atm.

Intel is delaying 7 nanometer and 10 nanometer on purpose because they don't want more money. Oh brother Rolleyes2

From the article, seemed like it wasn't that they delayed, but their delay in announcing the delay.

That's exactly it...
" Investors are fed up with this move, and now they are suing Intel for not disclosing the delay sooner, thus not giving investors an honest picture regarding the current state of their 7nm process node."
Intel can't lie or be deceptive to their investors. That's what this suit is insinuating.

Shareholder sue Intel is like gambler sue the casino because the odd is not favor to them...
I don't against people gambling or investing stock (or any legal investment). Just don't cry foul when the odd is against you.
