LOL -- precisely what came to my mind...
“ Dreyerdaughter made Panang curry the other day that was as good as any you'd get from a restaurant at a fraction the cost. She's also made Mille-feuille, Grand Marnier crepes, chocolate roll cake, bagels, lemon cream pasta, kimchee fried rice, and a whole crap ton of other restaurant grade food over the past couple of months. made Panang curry the other day that was as good as any you'd get from a restaurant at a fraction the cost. It’s not what JD is feeding her that’s the question. I want a dang cookbook of what she’s been making.

Funny thing is she doesn't eat much of what she cooks. She's more interested in the creative process than consuming the results. Thus I've added 10 pounds since quarantining.

I asked her where she gets her recipes for you. Her answer, "The Internet."

New DNA Analysis Reveals Ancient Scythian Warrior Was a 13-Year-Old Girl.

At 13 Dreyerdaughter was 5'6" and 130 pounds of solid muscle. When she was shopping for her freshman year of high school (still 13), people were asking her which college she was going to. Given that Scythians were horse mounted warriors, I could easily see a 13 year old female warrior with the strength and skill to participate if not in actual battle, then in the realistic training these warriors practiced on their way to becoming fighters.

good god what are you feeding her? or are you intentionally raising an amazon? i'm sure i didn't break 130lbs until i was a senior in HS, and even then i was 5'9".
She was a vegetarian her whole life until just a couple of years ago. So veggies, milk, grains, legumes, yogurt, tofu, etc. But a lifetime of competitive swimming is probably what added all the bulk. I would imagine that Scythian warriors from 2500 years ago had similar physiques due to all the physical labor required for steppe living.

Yes, and she was also middle-aged.
