All I've heard is the memes and shitshow horror stories about Fallout 76, I take them with a big grain of salt because I play SWBF2 ^_^. And the one thing I know is that when a shtishow happens like that, the remaining community are LITERALLY THE COOLEST NICEST PEOPLE ON THE INTERNET.

So it being online-only I'd assume that there's a fun time to be had, because I've seen that shit. When you scare away all of the CoD angry 4chan crowd, the people who remain... damn dude, it's like a fucking real watering hole in the middle of the desert. I secretly hope that they make SWBF3 and they butcher the launch again with some stupid bullshit to scare away all the mads. I had a good 18 months of bliss with the coolest online community I've seen in a while until it finally became "cool" in Jan on this year after EP9, and then all the mads came in and GODDAMN, did it become awful fast. At least they left after about 3 months and moved on, it's starting to get back to it's roots.

I'll get this when it goes on sale, probably. I hate to give in to nostalgia like this, but I admit I do have a hankering for some remastered C&C.

My Son bought this for me for my Birthday. Loaded it up this morning before I went to work, and played about 30 mins.

Was watching the intro loading screen and saw the old looking graphics and was sitting there thinking, damn why didn't they redo this intro video. Then all the sudden a pop up comes in and say upgrading your graphics. It went through all the resolutions from 640x480 all the way up to 4K.

I was sitting these blown away watching that go thorough all the resolutions. It was so cool.

Just tried it out...No LAN but the online play is there.

I would take C&C Tiberian Sun as the oldest C&C game I would go remastered. Ideally, give me RED ALERT 2!!!!! Aaaaaah!!!

That was probably the most fun I had in an RTS game in my early days.
