Seriously, you either bring your players to a common location for playoffs with locked down hardware, or you stream the game via NVidia Now (or whatever) so that players don't have access to the kernel.
This doesn't seem like that kind of cheating.
Even funnier, these solutions would not have prevented THIS kind of cheating.
Well, I assume they were using third party chat clients. If you're playing on locked down hardware, that won't be available. I suppose if you're streaming, you could still use something like that.
