I got an email yesterday from a reader named Rob who offered a suggestion that
seemed quite worthy of exploration, especially considering how simple and
straightforward it is. He pointed out that it might be better to present the
links that follow the Out of the Blue section in a bulleted format, like many of
the other link sections we provide. He noted that this might provide
better readability, and I can't say I disagree. So I figured I would just try
it this morning and gauge everyone's reaction. So
