I generally remember my dreams and lucid dream, as well. I have had the dream-within-a-dream, too. Though it's partially just that, since you know you're dreaming in lucid dreams...

My ability to remember my dreams drives my girlfriend crazy. I'll often remember 2 or 3 from a night, sometimes ones that either blur into each other or occasionally weave. What she doesn't get is that remembering one usually means waking up at the end, so most nights I wake up in the middle of the night. But only for 10 minutes or so, and I find it relaxing to wake up, look at my watch, see I still have 5 hours or so to sleep, and rolling back over.

Usually, the only time I remember my dreams is if I am actively reading books I haven't previously read. This apparently fires up my imagination into overdrive...

Sure you're not still dreaming? Sounds like Inception to me. I dream vividly most of the time - it's kind of annoying actually, I prefer those dark dreamless sleeps of the just and the dead. Most of them have a real fantastic - in the literal sense of the word - quality to them. They seem utterly real yet I know they aren't. I've dreamt many times over the years that I'm back in Vancouver, except it's more like a megalopolis city of the future with 100 million people - like out of Judge Dredd - surrounded by impossibly tall cliffs, and things of that nature. Yet it all seems perfectly plausible and normal in the context of the dream. Dreams are fucking weird, man.

I've always just "aimed" by moving the mouse with my thumb and pinkie, not wrist, and moving arm if I need to do an immediate over 90 degree turn; how do you even do "wrist aiming"? Wouldn't that throw off the path due to curvature?
