That checkbox is meaningless. Facebook can track you regardless of what you do with it. Thinking you're not tracked because you leave it unchecked is wrong.

Thinking you're not tracked because you don't have a Facebook account is even more wrong. The amount of personally identifiable information about you is vast. Facebook has access to it regardless of your account status with them.
