Out of the Blue

Today is the International Day Against DRM, an occasion that seems to need a better publicist, as today's date goes unmentioned in the Wikipedia article on the topic. Those who disagree with spaying or neutering dogs (or cats), are the same people who should also shut the fuck up when the overpopulation of them leads to more being euthanized. You can't have it both ways, morons.

I didn't neuter Gunnar and he never fathered any puppies. That seems to be a literal example of having it both ways.

Please find a way to to express your opinions without calling those who disagree with you "morons." No reason to be hostile and unpleasant.

Forster will always be Ray Archer to me.

Probably the thing I most associate Forster with is "Heroes".

I've long been a fan of Robert Forster's work. While he had some iffy kind of roles earlier on in his career, it really take off with Jackie Brown. I remember seeing a preview of the pilot for a Grimm Fairy Tales animated series at Phoenix Comic-Con, and he'd been cast as the Grim Reaper. He was absolutely perfect.

Another good actor gone.

Always liked Forster - particularly in Jackie Brown. That's a great flick and one I haven't rewatched in way too long. Think I'll give it a whirl.

I didn't know who Robert Forster was until I watched Jackie Brown for the first time, and I loved him in that movie. Great character actor, one of the best. I nearly shat myself with glee when he showed up in Breaking Bad. He was perfect for that part.

Thanks for the spaying link. A friend has a beautiful golden doodle that she wants to get tutored neuter, maybe she'll think twice.
