Yeah, so I had to.. ehm, "watch" the movie with someone that Is special to me and that LOOOOVES Pokemon (rabbid Pokemon Go player too), and let's just say.. I loved it. No use denying it... it was a great movie imo. As far as Pokemon movies go it was even the best.
