I finally tried some Beyond Meat: used the crumbles in vegetarian enchiladas. While the texture was pretty good (far better than goopy soy-based products), it was over flavored; tasted more like cooked hamburgers that had been crumbled up than plain beef, which was not at all what I was going for in enchiladas.

I grabbed the Beyond Burgers from the grocery store to give them a try a couple weeks ago. I didn't like them at all. Clearly tasted nothing like beef and more like plant. I did have the Impossible Burger and that actually tasted like meat.
