I've noticed Shroud isn't always bringing his A-game aim. What I saw in the Doritos Bowl PUBG tourney vs his usual stream performance is very different. Could also be his busted arm being in rehab. But I agree, his tactical game is uninspiring.

Right, that's why I kid about maybe he deals more and receives less damage (wink-wink). Backend code on sign in: If username = shroud then ????

Hrm, it's cool (potentially) that Opera got its shit back together, but don't forget they were bought out years ago by a group of Chinese companies/parties, including Qihoo, a security/search firm.

Odds of various Chinese intelligence agency hooks in Opera at this point seem quite high.

Shroud. Pretty interesting that he's made the big time like that. When I watch his streams I'm always impresses on how often he wins, but shocked by his tactics not being amazing balls and his aim while good, not god like.

Not sure myself but 50k didn’t get you that far in marketing. If you can get a top streamer on your game for an hour it’s probably a better targeted ad than anything else you can spend that money on. And if the streamer actually likes it and sticks with it then you’ve won the lotto.

There's a Hyper X commercial that is on a lot right now during sports events on TV, you have Gordon Hayward known online gamer/NBA player and a couple other known stars and then who's that? Shroud. Pretty interesting that he's made the big time like that. When I watch his streams I'm always impressed on how often he wins, but shocked by his tactics not being amazing balls and his aim while good, not godlike. It's like he has some help going on with damage #'s both ways, but still pretty interesting him in such commercial. The money is starting to roll in.

I loved Opera back in the day. May have to give it a shot.
You may also want to play around with Vivaldi, it's come a long way and it's uber configurable if that's your bag. https://vivaldi.com/

Also from arstechnica Vivaldi 2.0 review: The modern Web browser does not have to be so bland It's up to version 2.5, and these are real version numbers, not that nonsense chrome and firefox use.

Sweet, thanks.
RIP RedEye9. We miss you.

The early they can retire, the better. No one wants to live in this shit world system and be farmed more than need be.

Haven't read the article because of the pay-wall, but I am guessing the 50k comes from the subscribers, and donations, streamers get during their streams? I don't think EA is paying them 50k to advertise...they barely pay their employees anything.

Paywall article.

Yeah, that's just idiotic. Why not just skip that bullshit and pass the savings onto consumers? You're going to make a lot more sales at a lower price point. This is the utter stupidity of marketing.
