Creston, Never played the Anniversary Edition : Check

How about you try playing the new edition and not jump to conclusion first? Its actuality had a lot of good upgrades thats made the game alot better.

It didn't need many/any upgrades. The only thing that really needed fixed was updated multiplayer since the original was based on gamespy.

Also, these addons are halfassed garbage that might pass as first-time mod efforts from small teams but are in no way shape or form sufficient enough products to warrant a price tag.

And the latest Grim Dawn addon is no better; it's awful. Ashes of Malmouth was pretty great, however.

No thanks. I just got Grimm Dawn on humble for 8$.After just 30 min into the game and can see how more extensive on character builds and crafting this game is than a lot of the ARPG out there, here's looking at you diabooo. Mind you , I haven't tried POE .Grimm Dawn seems like this beautiful sequel to Diablo2 that we always wanted.

Shitty release trailer with zero gameplay footage? Check.

$20 expansion without much advance notice? Check.

Thirteen year old game? Check.

Sounds like I'm gonna pass on this one, as much as I loved Titan Quest.

Well as you can imagine, the IP was sucked into the void when THQ folded. That's why the original devs, mainly the lead designer, went on to make Grim Dawn as a spiritual successor; they wanted to do a sequel but couldn't work out the licensing. These other guys managed to get hold of the rights and re-released it, and now apparently are adding new stuff. I haven't felt the need to re-visit it though, having spent a few hundred hours with GD already, which is also getting a new expansion soon.

Good to see more support for Titan's Quest. Also glad for fans of the series. So far it looks like they enjoy this new adventure.
