Yeah, the VR support for E:D is fantastic. It really captures the feeling of piloting a spacecraft through space. It's easily the game I've played in VR the most, to the tune of 50 or so hours.
I've seen people playing SC in VR for years. I guess they have been using VorpX for that? I'm surprised they don't have it native yet. They have time write code to map your facial expressions to your avatar in real time, but not to implement native VR? Just another example of Robert's fucked up priorities.
