New NVIDIA GeForce Drivers [Apr 23, 2019, 6:02 pm ET] – Share – Viewing Comments
NVIDIA announces the release of new version 430.39 WHQL-certified drivers
for GeForce graphics cards running under Windows, saying these are the
game-ready drivers for Mortal Kombat 11. They also
announce new GeForce GTX 16-Series Laptops and
more gaming monitors with G-SYNC compatible validation, saying these are
game-ready for all of those as well. Word is: "Our latest GeForce Game Ready
driver delivers day-one support for Mortal Kombat 11, introduces support for
more G-SYNC Compatible gaming monitors, adds a SLI profile for AnthemTM, and
noticeably improves Vulkan performance in Strange Brigade."

I have an EVGA Geforce 1060 6 GB (P4-6161-KR) and these drivers caused a shitstorm on my system immediately. Anyone else? Error 43 in Device Manager, multi-monitor went kaput, and for some weird reason my default login user was changed. I tried both an upgrade and then a clean install-- same results. I rolled back to 425.31 and everything went back to normal.

This driver supports Variable Rate Shading on Windows 10 1903. (May 2019 Update) I don't know if any released games support it at the moment.
