Nothing to see here. A long development cycle, preview videos years before release, a veteran studio with amazing RPGs under its belt; it'll be awesome when it finally comes out.

Get through some of your backlogs in the meantime, I know I'm going to try to.

Different as in MOAR AWESOME?!

Or different as in "This needs to be able to run on the pile of underpowered horseshit that is an Xbox One, and so we had to cut 9000 features and it now looks like a game from 2005?"

Or... Cyberpunk 2077 won't release until next-gen consoles hit so no need to worry about the pile of horseshit.

Rumors of its release date set it anywhere between end of 2019 and 2022.

Yeah, but that still doesn't mean it won't come with a "lesser" version for the older consoles. It's hard to ignore 90 million potential customers. And as much as devs say that their game will play to each console's strengths, we saw with DA: Inquisition that the game definitely gets gimped for the sake of shitty old tech.

Here's hoping they won't do that.

They're just going to change around some Witcher 3 assets featuring Geralt of Futuria.
