For some reason I still have to turn off PhysX (via manual INI edits, no less!) to get acceptable framerates on a GTX 970. Slowdowns mainly happened in specific areas, like the whirlpool room in the Bloodshot's hideout. Runs smooth as silk once you turn off PhysX.
