Microsoft's March 1, 2019—KB4482887 (OS Build 17763.348) update for Windows 10 may be causing graphics and mouse performance degradation in some games, including Destiny 2 (thanks DSOGaming). Word is:

After installing KB4482887, users may notice graphics and mouse performance degradation with desktop gaming when playing certain games (eg: Destiny 2).

Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.

As a short-term resolution, users can uninstall KB4482887 to regain performance.

Zero degradation with that update on my rig running Destiny 2 or any other games. (Granted my current rig is less than six months old.) I'm curious as to what hardware it's actually impacting.
