I really want Bioware to succeed but having played this a fair bit, I can't help feeling like they're getting what they deserve here. It's an extremely frustrating game that feels like it was designed without any playtesting. I can't really imagine someone playing this and thinking that this many loading screens is OK. Likewise who thought "Yeah we want to hide the inventory in a boring town that no one wants to visit behind a loading screen". Hell even the mission select screen is obtuse somehow and the UI is a trainwreck. Everything about the game screams minimum viable product.
Some of the design decisions are just so disconnected from reality and fascinating in a terrible way. I would love to hear a post-mortem of this games development some day.
