This is GeForce Hotfix driver version 418.99 that addresses the following:
- Windows 7x64/8.1x64: Fixes random application crash or TDR introduced in previous GeForce display driver 418.81.

Yeah unless you are crashing I would recommend not upgrading. Hotfix drivers don't get as much testing as normal releases. That's why they are not offering it as an update in GeForce Experience.

I have 418.91 so am I okay, or is that a typo? EDIT: Apparently they are different drivers. I'm not getting crashes, so I guess I'm fine.
