Idiots - Metro Exodus was never exclusive to Steam. You could buy it anywhere. As many publishers do, the makers of the game had decided of their own volition to use Steam as their DRM. This isn't fucking hard. It's like being mad that a game in the 90's used securom instead of starforce. LOL remember those?![]()

How typical. I can never tell if you're just a pretty bad troll or a simpleton. But regardless, I won't lose a wink of sleep over it.

In all seriousness hassling someone over spelling it Project instead of Projekt is such a trivial thing. They mean the same. Case in point, even Chrome's spell checker flags Projekt as a misspelling and offers Project as the correct spelling.
Just saying...

Projekt is the European (German, Polish, etc) spelling of the word "Project." It's fine to spell it either way since they both mean the same thing.
As you wish, KXModus.![]()

If you are a Steam addict, you can add a non Steam game to Steam right? I know the button but never actually used that feature. Can one get the workshop mods that way?

I don't think you can add a non-steam game (that IS sold on Steam)
Spektr wrote on Feb 11, 2019, 16:16:No, because a non-steam game (or game that steam does have in it's inventory) would not have a workshop. But you can still use mods from other places like moddb, nexus and gamebanana. So it really should not be an issue.

Exclusivity for PC games is the astroturf of building brand loyalty. At the end of the day, most won't stay on Epic's store to buy games beyond using it to play Metro Exodus, if they reluctantly bought it there.
Yes, this is obvious and literally every single person on the planet knows this. However, if you can tell me how Epic can get a few hundred thousand people to purchase on the platform at the end of this week, I'm sure I can pass it along to Mark Rein and get you a job there. Anywhere, really.

Except it's not stupid, since more and more games are made "services" in that the drm is built in and you never get a copy. AKA what happened to team fortress 2. Or what happened to Awesomenauts to sell skins.
