First responders need their own separate network, and be required to subscribe to it, subsidized by tax dollars if it's more expensive to maintain. Consumer networks get totally saturated when disasters strike. Hell, I kept losing signal in Costco the day before the Superbowl because there were so many people there.

Texas is easily the most liberal state in the union. I had to move to a more conservative state, that's why I am in California. Now they want us to pay for a wall just like we have.
