DLSS another proprietary buzzword from Nvidia that offers little when it comes to performance.
DLSS is mainly supposed to increase image quality, not performance. Performance improvements are a secondary effect.
Due to the nature of DLSS it will take time until the backbone DL infrastructure has been trained enough to produce good results.
I have no interest in Anthem as a game but it will be interesting to see the implications of the DLSS implementation.
I hope hardware sites won't fuck it up by making it a race to post the first DLSS analysis. That would be stupid and ignore the principles of the tech (which is why HardOCP will probably be the first site to "review" DLSS with a "blind test"
The test should be done after a couple months to get a decent sample size after the DL backbone has received enough "training".
