Man that test pdf is a laugh, a total laugh. Gamer Nexus did their piece on it but even cursory browsing shows that "Principled Technologies" didn't know wtf they were doing, which already shows on their fans used, stock fan vs THE BEST noctua fan (in an absolutely garbage case though)

Intel is getting a lot of egg on their face for their bogus cpu claims. Best thing I can say if you see Principle Technologies doing any testing, just laugh.
