Unless those pirated games belong to Sony they have no say in the matter. I don't know how jailbreaking a console would be illegal either. It'd void the warranty but that's about it.

How is this illegal? Since when can't you buy and sell these. How is modifying them illegal? I hate Sony anyways, so I hope he wins his case!
