Out of the Blue

My back has been bugging me for a while now. The good news is that this is sort of a dull ache in my lower back, which is easier to deal with than the sharper spasms higher up that I used to occasionally suffer. The bad news, is that it doesn't seem to be getting better, and it's probably been more than a week now. As I've mentioned, the pneumatic canister in my chair is starting to fail, so it is often lower than usual, so I have to view that as a possible cause here. I really don't want to worry about getting a new chair until we move (which is apparently still a thing we plan on doing), but I don't know how much longer I can put up with this if it doesn't start feeling better.

Finally got it, I was fixated on getting the queen being right next to the other king with the queen being protected by her own king. Instead you got to pin using both of their electric fields!

I'm starting to think the 2 king 1 queen in 2 moves problem isn't solvable, did they playtest that one? Maybe it was thrown in at the last minute.
I found it about five minutes after posting I hadn't found it in 15 minutes. Although it was practically a organized search of possible moves not any kind of logical thinking that solved for me. Which frankly, was quite disappointing...

The three queens vs two queens is no easy task either.

DO NOT GET BACK SURGERY.

1) Do this 12-minute exercise every day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BOTvaRaDjI

2) Do this exercise with the ball every day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1mru33xLcDE

Trust me.

Dang, I can't believe I'm stuck on one of the 2 move chess problems! Slaps self upside the head. EDIT: oh, I had to sacrifice my Queen to solve that one.
Wow. Me too... I've been beating my head against the wall for 15 minutes now... there aren't that many options, I should be able to figure this out...

Now I'm on the 2 king and 1 queen problem. I say to myself 'dang, no problem!' 5 minutes later 'what the heck!' Excellent chess primer!
EDIT: ah I see, since that's his last piece you set it up so there's no where he can move, although he's not being attacked directly in that position
EDIT2: WHAT?! It says that's stalemate, that's not fair!

There's a fool-proof way to tell if something a conservative/right-wing/Republican said is true or not. If they call it "fake news", you can be sure it's the solid truth.

LOL. Great, finding a link to useful medical news on a gaming news site.

I skipped getting the previous shingles vaccine, Zostavax, after reading information on its' effectiveness and how long it lasted. Assuming the article is accurate the new one, Shingrix, looks to be far more effective. I rarely go to the doctor, but the next time I do I will endeavor to remember to ask about it.

You gotta watch the video, it's got Speed Racer tech.

Huh, I suppose cancelling out road bumps is similar to canceling out noise. I wonder if there was any crossover tech with their best-in-class noise cancellation tech.

New? I remember reading about active suspensions 25 years ago. Volvo, for example, was working on it.

It's funny, I was just thinking about this yesterday, and now here's an article about it.

I believe this technology is entirely Bose. They sold the tech off to ClearMotion last year. Odd Wired doesn't mention that, as I'm pretty sure they covered the Bose tech when Bose unveiled it a long time ago.

Bose? The audio company Bose?

When my back is feeling tight or has dull ache from bad posture or prolongged sitting I find that situps are really the only cure. Although I would be careful as to not injure your back further if its something more advanced.

Until you've built up your core muscles, I'd avoid situps in favor of crunches and planks.
