Factorio might technically be an "Early Access" game, but in reality it has been a great, playable game for two years at least, and probably longer. I spent 800+ hours on the base game before even trying any of the extensive mods supported by the large and active community.
Yeah the core of the game has been worth putting hundreds of hours into since ancient times. Everything since has been gravy.
I love untangling peoples crappy train systems on online servers. It's good fun working out how the robot trains think and what kind of shit fucks them up and getting the signals all set nice.
It's worth ten times that price, and the devs are very good at keeping each release stable and optimised. But everyone should get it at 20 if they think there is even a small chance you will like it.
