Really? You're going to hide behind that? What about life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? If their argument is that you're an adult than that should apply across the board. You can vote, go to war, go to prison, but you can't buy a beer? And since guns came into being I'm pretty sure they've killed a lot more people. WW1 and 2 alone rate somewhere between 80-100 million. So, try again, scooter.
