We need some better laws to cover this type of activity. It's become too common and existing laws don't really give prosecutors much they can do to make a case.

I think it's universally agreed that manslaughter isn't enough. Particularly given the fact this asshole is a serial offender having been nailed before for SWATing, calling in bomb threats, etc. And we have yet to hear about the guilty cop who killed him.

36 months in prison, that sounds like the length of time the LEO might get for the shooting, not the swatter.
Sure don't seem long enough, especially for a repeat offender.

There's a fool-proof way to tell if something a conservative/right-wing/Republican said is true or not. If they call it "fake news", you can be sure it's the solid truth.
