ESA Rebukes President Trump [Jan 12, 2018, 10:54 am ET] – Share – Viewing Comments
The Entertainment Software Association has stepped into the fray with President
Trump after his
widely reported comments about immigration where the POTUS allegedly decried
those who emigrate from "shithole" countries.
Polygon has the following response from the ESA:
"America’s greatness is built on our diversity," reads the ESA’s statement. "The president’s repulsive comments undermine the fundamental values of who we are as a country. There is no place in our society for this type of backward thinking, and we condemn it in the strongest terms."

Honestly sick of the whole, "diversity is fantastic!" nonsense that gets inculcated into the skulls of children by liberal teachers. No, not all cultures are equal. No, the U.S. is not a playground for refugees from around the world. No, I don't care what Polygon or the ESA has to say about immigration.
Trump's statement was stupid but I don't need to get lectured by media pundits who have been brainwashed since birth to ironically be intolerant towards different beliefs when it suits their agenda. I'll go further and quite honestly say having to read political garbage on this site has made me move FAR away from using it like I used to and while the ESA qualifies as gaming-oriented in this case, I have to question the intelligence of many of the regulars here when they spout off about Trump like they are somehow enlightened when it's the same bullshit every time. Get over yourselves.
I noticed you guys never say anything good about Trump. You just dismiss the other side and attack the media, the left, Obama/Clinton, or whatever other boogeymen you guys believe in.
Anyways, guess what?. You live in a diverse nation, whether you like it or not. You could insulate yourself from it by living in a white neighborhood (plenty of places for that), but the rest of us want to live in this world. No, I don't believe diversity is inherently "fantastic". I do think having diverse police forces, government, and corporate leaders are better able to serve an already diverse populace. Right now? All those institutions are dominated by white males. I wonder why the United States has a such a huge problem with them these days?
