How Billy Squier Ended up Leading an On-Air MTV Holiday Singalong. I don't
have to read it, since I was there. That handsome teenager(!) standing second
from the far right in the faded jeans, white sneakers, and greenish button down
shirt (which I remember as being gray, so the colors are a bit off) is me
enjoying one of the perks of my first job. I'm also featured in a close-up
(mostly of my back) after the dancing cameraman where I seem to be distinctly
off-beat with my clapping as I show off my butt doing my best 80s white-boy
dancing with Billy. I'll echo the sentiments of Martha Quinn from the article,
that this was one of my favorite moments of my MTV career, and I am awash with
fond memories of all the characters I worked with back in those days. Remember,
Christmas is the time to say I love you. Happy holidays.
