2019? Yeah I don't see that happening. I don't see it happening anytime remotely close to soon. There are so many issues to work out not just from software but legalities, insurance, etc. I'm thinking more in terms of at least another 5-10s years before they even get on road in tiny numbers. Likely a few decades before you see them in any significant number. There are far more old cars on the road than new and there are hundreds of millions of them to replace, so again, not anywhere close to soon.
