Endangered Animals? Nope...the family shoots those.

Bullying? The husband literally bullies someone on a daily basis. It's part of his schtick. Always has been, long before he was President.

Education? Her husband can't speak in complete sentences or use actual existing words consistently and her own educational resume is lacking in a way that would undercut any message other than "marry rich so you can skip school". (which by the way is a great gig if you can get it, I am not hating on her for that)

Diet and exercise? This one I can't blame her specifically for not doing, I mean the previous FLOTUS did that and after copying her speeches it would be pretty bad form to copy her "issue" as well.

Vaccines, homelessness, or climate change? Nope, husband has undercut all of it.
