A million won't even begin to make up for the 2 trips he has taken to the storm ravaged area. That much has already been spent on added security, the total shutdown of the city so donnie can get his photo-op and sell white hats, and the time lost for the recovery effort which can never be regained by his visits.

His false promise of donating 1 mil will be just like all of his other lies.
I was referring to his Sham Skam of a foundation which was shuttered before legal action was taken against it.
