It's time to buy QUAKE a cold one, as it's not only the game's birthday, but the first person shooter is now 21, so it's legal to drink or drive in any state. I always think I'll replay these older games on such occasions. Sometimes I succeed, and sometimes I fail, but I'll definitely play a little QUAKE today. I'll meet you at the slipgate.

Before reading this my thought (jokingly) was he must have taken the curvature of the Earth into account. Then I read at that distance they do!

not just the curvature of the earth, but the rotation of the earth as well! the planet rotates enough in the time and distance the bullet is fired to alter the shot by a few feet at those distances.
