Out of the Blue [Jun 08, 2017, 09:59 am ET] – Share – Viewing Comments
There's lots of activity here in the BlueTower today as we continue to work to
prepare our house for sale. There's a guy working in the bathroom while we wait
for the tile guy to arrive. The bad news is he was supposed to be here yesterday
and is also delayed today, but the good news is he's the contractor's "tile
guy," so hopefully he'll do an extra spiffy job. We also have the landscaper
removing some old railroad ties from the backyard, where they were used as small
walls. This has left a wild rose out there without the short length of privacy
fence that was supporting it, so it has basically fallen over. It doesn't matter
that it looks like it was hit by a grenade, I'm waiting or MrsBlue to get home
to make a call on cutting it down. I have a brown thumb, and will not take
responsibility for any such gardening decisions.

Nobody want's to drink your abuse juice anymore. Given that 1/2 of the world already doesn't and never did drink it, and they still don't get osteoporosis there is no reason to drink cows milk.

I imagine everyone has heard such horror stories... that's one we've been able to avoid so far, and we've got our fingers crossed until things are all done. Of course our tiling has been postponed until Monday now, so maybe we're already in the middle of it, and we just don't realize.

I liked milk as a kid and I still like it now. Probably drank a half gallon or more a day all the way up to and through high school. Real milk, whole milk. Can't stand that 2% or skim stuff. And I can't say what portion it played, probably a lot less than my genes, but I did grow to be 6' 2.5" tall.
That said, I don't drink it that much these days because I prefer to not "drink my calories". But every now and then I'll splurge and buy a gallon.

I'm not particularly wedded to Obamacare, but if we're going to replace it, let's get something that works. By all accounts the AHCA is just a massive tax cut for the wealthy dressed up as a health care bill.
