GTAV is pretty regularly half off. And IIRC they did a ton of custom work on the PC version. I personally wouldn't pay 60 but it isn't like they halfassed the port.

Apparently it's a buggy mess of a PC port. Was going to buy it, too.

Though, as I always say - Witcher 3 / GTAV are the paradigm of a $60 game.
Yeah those two really set the golden standard. I'm pretty pumped for CDR's Cyberpunk game.
How could anyone claim that GTA V is a "gold standard" with a straight face? Have you played Watch Dogs 2? It's the exact same thing but with better graphics, better gameplay, inventive/new gameplay, fun gameplay.
GTA V was the saaaaaaaaaaame ooooooooooooold shiiiiiiiiiit.
And it hasn't aged well, took me damn near 2 years to finally finish that game. SPOILER ALERT - You have to murder a shit ton of FIB guys and then escape in a car. WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO. Literally the last mission. Oh, and EVERY MISSION.
Sorry, I get upset sometimes. People fawning over Steam or Blizzard get me to half-mast, but people who fawn praise upon GTA V get me to FULL RAGE-ON. I have nostalgia for the series too, I played GTA 1 in a makeshift LAN cafe when I was a teenager, one of my first MP experiences, I've played every game in the series. But enough is enough. V had zero ambition to be anything interesting, exciting, or new. It was formulaic garbage with about 3 half-interesting missions. When you see past the nostalgia and the hype, it's a pretty bare-bones 3rd person shooter with mediocre gunplay. That franchise is over the hill. WD_2 for example shows how much FUN can be had in a sandbox game like that. Imagine that, some rebellious devs actually invented new gameplay that elevates the genre, instead of just rehashing the same old shite over and over for 15 years. This is why Saints Row was also an amazing series, as it actually DID something with the genre. GTA V was just an up-rezzed version of the moldy old gameplay and same setting that's been done near 15 years ago. It's San Andreas: Global Offensive

not really sure if this game is worth that price but seeing as how there haven't been many good games in like a fucking year and I don't expect ME:A to be any good... gave this one a shot.

Was considering buying this, but not at full price if there's high-end PC problems. And there's only so much testing you can do with 2 hours of gametime with the stream refund thing, plus I make my steam purchases with Bitcoin, which can't be refunded, so I only get a steam wallet refund, which kind of defeats the point of a refund if it's only in store credit, If it's shit i want my money back.
Too bad it's not cracked yet, as I would pirate it and then see if it's worth buying without risk.

Huh, that's an interesting take for an Action-RPG. So, as far as comparing new release titles, better writing and dialogue than Andromeda?

It's an amazing game, (triple-plat'd it on PS4Pro, up there with Planescape: Torment for narrative framing and story,)
