I TIRED TO WARN YOU BUT YOU WOULDNT LISTNE AHAHAHAHA OWNWNNNWNWNWNWNEEDDDD. Chris has taken your money AND used you over. I HOPE you ALL have leaned an improtant lesson. SO SPEUCIAL.
I don't understand how you get from A to B here. [Story about minor detail and two-day investment of developer time] = "I TIRED TO WARN YOU BUT YOU WOULDNT LISTNE" I mean... did you read the content in question? Did you understand it? Granted, your post history suggests I may be holding you to impossible standards, but you could at least try
to be topical.
At any rate, this is kind of a win-win, no brainer development. The news that it took such minimal effort to implement makes it even more so. Still, for all the progress that's been made thus far (and it is substantial), I really
hope we start seeing some major content drops and polishing of game systems.

Isn't the "Engine-Switch" the death-knell for any game project?
Depends on the project, but as noted in the text this isn't really an engine switch.
