LOL, dude. The Dems weren't kicking blacks, latinos, women, & handicap people out of their rallies. Trump was.

The funny thing, either Bernie or Joe Biden would have wiped the floor with Trump. It was the democrats fault for putting up a very weak candidate. Personally I thought her position on many of the important policies were worse than Trumps. So maybe the country dodged a bullet.

Yeah, the Dems put up a weak candidate. Can't argue that, but the Republicans put up a guy that wraps himself in the flag and says all the patriotic catchphrases that you can think of, and then attacks a gold star family for exercising their right to free speech after their son gave his life fighting for his country. Yet he is still elected president!!

Doesn't even matter that he's a draft-dodging coward who demeans the sacrifices of our vets by comparing their service to dodging STDs while banging models.

What a fucking great country we live in!! Great choice people!!

DNC let everyone down by simply picking Hillary because it was 'her turn'

The DNC didn't "pick" anybody. That's revising history. The leaked e-mails didn't show any mass conspiracy. In fact, there were e-mails both for and against Hilary.

The Democrat voters picked Hilary, and by a wide margin. Bernie only won in caucus states -- the ones most liable to party influence. In states that had a straight vote, Bernie got trounced.

Democratic voters only have themselves to blame. First they picked Hilary in the primaries, then they didn't bother to show up in the general. If as many Democrats turned up to vote as they did in the last presidential election, Trump would have been destroyed. Stop trying to blame the "party leaders" for your own choices.

This is disingenuous too. They may not have picked her outright, but the DNC did work against him, and from what we saw in the emails, they were colluding with the media. Preventing Bernie from getting the media coverage he needed is largely what prevented him from getting that critical mass.

So when do we get to look at Trump's taxes, texts, business emails, etc? Can't really say it's not propaganda when it's completely one-sided. I'm glad Wikileaks exists, but when they're just leaking info about one side, we're only getting half the story.

(This isn't even counting the fact my medications have nearly doubled in price too.)

For the majority of Americans, it'll just be cheaper to pay the penalty. (You know, let's punish them for being TOO FUCKING POOR TO AFFORD HEALTH INSURANCE.) Yeah, that's a great system. Too bad we're losing it!

Sorry, not meant as an attack against you personally, but Obamacare is fucking bankrupting the people in this country who are unfortunate enough to not have healthcare through their employer.

Once again people forget Obama came from Chicago and is a big business figure head. The DEMS love to pretend they aren't stinking fucking rich!

You want to fix healthcare? Demand all law makers use it.

They already have to use it if they want any subsidy from their employer (i.e. the government).

Yeah, socialized medicine sucks. You guys pay $3500 a year on average for it? Barring any major problems your insurance may not cover. You know what I pay? Nothing. You know what everyone else pays in a socialized democracy? Nothing. Oh sure, it comes out of our taxes, but we choose to spend in on important shit like that. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad how right-wing extremists like you guys think something like socialized medicine is pure evil at several billion a year, but wasting a trillion dollars a year - still socialism - on the military industrial complex is just fine. Christ, you clowns don't know whether you're coming or going.

"Oh sure, it comes out of our taxes"

I don't think free means what you think it means.

Socialized medicine bad? Military-industrial-complex and corporate tax breaks good? Your stupidity is painful. I mean, actually literally painful. If there was an IQ quotient to voting we'd never see another conservative politician in office ever again. Quite honestly I'm flabbergasted that you and your ilk even know how to use a computer.

Relevant more than ever:

Democracy VS Epistocracy

Democracy, the belief that someone's ignorance is just as relevant as someone else's knowledge and that what is, majority-wise, held as right, is right. Appeal to the masses logical fallacy much.

In the current context of widespread idiocracy, democracy is a grotesque farce.

Where's the upvote/like button?! BLUE!

I'll second this to my grave. People that know me know the absolute disaster that I've had to go through with fucking Obamacare. I spent more time and effort on this damn thing for both me and my elderly mother than I'd really care to admit. Seriously, I've laid awake at night thinking about it! I've been kept awake at night because of healthcare insurance. That's despicable. I decided to pay the penalty (don't EVEN get me started!) but my mother just can't, she needs the insurance and they are making her pay for every last bit of it plus punishing her by paying $1 a month because she didn't sign up before they told her she had to. This is absolutely true. They sent a payment book and everything, for $1 a month! And you can't pay it by the year! Oh, no, it has to be sent in once a month. And getting someone that actually knows what;s going on? Damn near impossible. I've never wanted to strangle so many people in one day in my life before. Just endless misery. Finally the premiums were just too much and there was no choice in my area, ONE provider. So of course they took advantage of it and gouged the hell out of their customers. Who are they going to flee to?

What a shit show. I will NOT have any problem putting Obamacare in the ground. Unless Trump institutes something even worse...

Trump is a MASTER bullshitter. You don't have as many failures buisness and personally and still get the vast majority of a country to vote for you, even after all his shit.

You take a country of people who are sick and tired of being treated like shit, a democratic canidate who is in the pocket of wall street, and constantly ignore them.
When people get treated badly for so long they will latch onto the first hand that wants to pull them out of the shit pile, be it an angel or a demon.

She didn't win because "it's the economy, stupid!" Remember that gem? People always vote their pocketbooks first. NAFTA gutted the US - and Canada - and people want it gone. They don't want the TPP. Both things she was for. It's not about race, or bigotry, or misogyny or anything else, it's almost solely about that. 20, 30 years ago everyone was making a decent, comfortable living. Now? It's all dead end, wage slave jobs with no benefits while the rich get richer. They've had enough.
