I don't think he can bring jobs back... corporations don't give out jobs as a charity, they are greedy. Besides, automation like AI, robots, and autonomous vehicles .. that's going to destroy jobs more than anything else and no candidate has ever addressed that problem.
Yeah, he promised that kind of thing, but he really doesn't have the ability to do that. Yet his constituency chose him for that reason in large part.
