Win10 EULA explicitly lets Microsoft take your files at any time they want, for any reason. It also lets it mess with the software and drivers you installed, without your consent.

Also, third-party utils which claim to disable Win10 spyware, appear powerless to completely stop Win10 from sending random data to Microsoft.

That is all a rational person should know about Win10.
