departure from Blizzard Entertainment, saying: "I'm leaving to pursue my
original passion, writing. It's what I was doing when I fell into this job, and
I've always wanted to return to it." Wilson served as project lead on Diablo
III until January 2013, a run

controversy, and while it's not clear what he's been working on since then,
his Twitter profile still refers to him as "Game Director @ Blizzard." Thanks

Im not sure what you are getting at here, Diablo was always different thematically and in style from any of the other Blizzard franchises. At least it used to be until we got Diablo3.

He ruined D3. Even though it seems more popular now, i still think its ruined as i detest the underlying mechanics etc. I loath that man for helping destroy one of my most beloved game series of all time.

Seriously could not stand the changes made to Diablo 3. Bought the collector's so felt screwed x2. But to lash out at David Brevik like that when he his interview wasn't that mean & didn't deserve such a response to begin with was just crossing line IMHO.

It's really hard for me to understand what drove people to even continue playing this game. I had many many hours of fun before auctions were even removed but who really thought they were going to transform it into anything better?
